This is what we eat today, and has left buenisimo.
ingredients
2 chicken thighs 1 onion ½
parsley garlic salt
nail
port wine we mashed with garlic, a pinch of salt (to taste), 1 clove, parsley, and add 1 jet port wine and water the chicken with the paste, chop the onions and mix with the chicken, put everything in a roasting bag and temenos 1 hour in oven at 200 ยบ
