China Wok Oil ham

INGREDIENTS: ½

zucchini, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 4 garlic shoots, to 200 gr. dried shitake mushrooms, 4 scallops, 20 gr. ginger, scallion, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

PREPARATION: Put the mushrooms
